Valentino's creative direction was simple: tension. Light and dark. Past and future. East and West.

Story-to-Flavor

Greek Yogurt Lemon carries the lightness of Mediterranean afternoons. Black Sesame carries the quiet weight of Asian heritage. Together they are something neither could be alone.

Launched at Valentino SS23 Bangkok preview. Featured in Vogue Thailand.

Brief & Story Gathering

We sit with the brand team. We learn what the partner cares about โ€” their history, their customer, the feeling they want to create. We gather stories.

Flavor Prototyping

Using our Story-to-Flavor methodology, we translate narrative into ingredient combinations. The first batch is usually wrong. The third is getting warm. The fifth, sometimes, is exactly right.

Tasting & Refinement

Partners come to our kitchen. We eat together. We push further โ€” adjusting sweetness, texture, temperature behavior. Nothing ships until everyone goes quiet after the first bite.

Production & Launch

Small-batch production using our Boston texture method. Custom packaging, branded cups, event logistics. We handle everything from the kitchen to the moment it reaches the guest.
